On Thursday, the 27th anniversary of the blockbuster film "Border," Bollywood star Sunny Deol made the announcement that the film would be a sequel.
The upcoming film, which will be directed by Anurag Singh, who is known for directing "Kesari" and the first two films in the "Jatt & Juliet" franchise, is said to be "India's biggest war film," according to the producers. Through JP Films, director JP Dutta and his daughter Nidhi Dutta will serve as producers on the sequel to "Border." Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar will likewise create the new film under the standard of T-Series.

Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshaye Khanna, Sudesh Berry, Puneet Issar, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Tabu, Raakhee, Pooja Bhatt, and Sharbani Mukherjee were also in the film. One of the top netting movies of 1997, the film's ubiquity was impelled by its tunes, wrote by Javed Akhtar and formed by Anu Malik. The songs "Mere Dushman, Mere Bhai," "Sandese Aate Hain," and "Ae Jaate Hue Lamhon" continue to be popular.
