JAMMU, June 2: In addition to his current positions as Secretary of the R&B Department and Director, Citizen Registration, for J&K and Ladakh, the Jammu and Kashmir Government has given Bhupinder Kumar, IAS, the additional responsibility of Resident Commissioner in New Delhi and Administrative Secretary of the Hospitality and Protocol Department.
