Mercedes Benz has always worked towards being a step ahead of its competitors in terms of after sales service and customer satisfaction. Keeping this in mind, the German luxury car making giant has collaborated itself with Continental Tyres, one of the leading tyre making company, to make what will be known as the “Mercedes Benz Approved Tyres”. The luxury car company has also chosen Continental Tyres company as the most preferred tyre supplier for the replacement market for all its dealerships for the year 2017.

The Managing Director and CEO of Mercedes Benz India, Roland Folger, feels absolute pride in stating that Mercedes Benz has always been committed towards building up a strong network of after sales service. He also feels that customer satisfaction and an excellent service is the key to excel in the luxury car segment.

All of the new Mercedes Benz approved tyres are asymmetric in nature and offer thicker and denser outer edges for superior handling and braking. Each of the tyres are made with Silica compound to decrease rolling resistance, carbon dioxide emission and increase fuel efficiency. The superior road grip also helps in decreasing the stop distance even on wet roads.
