A special court in Delhi has issued notice to ED and CBI on Congress leader Karti Chidambaram's plea seeking permission to travel abroad. He is a co-accused in INX media and Aircel-Maxis case and is currently on bail in the matters.

The notice has been issued after Karti Chidambaram moved an application seeking trial court permission to travel to go to London and France for 2 weeks to attend several tennis matches.
