Senior IAS officer and former Chief Secretary BR Sharma has been re-elected Chairman of the Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), JK Regional Branch, for the period 2020-2022. Dr Ashok Bhan, former DGP, J&K Police, has been nominated as patron for the branch.
