Six Army and Border Security Force personnel were killed in three incidents of snowstorms and avalanches in the Kashmir Valley on Tuesday. Six civilians have also died in two other incidents. The patrolling party and posts on the LoC were buried under snow. Six jawans buried in snow have been safely evacuated.
