The Delhi court will hear Aaftab Ameen Poonawala’s bail plea case on December 22. Aaftab, via video conferencing, asked the court to meet his lawyer. Aftab's bail application was filed by advocate Avinash. He is scheduled to meet his lawyer on December 19. Poonawala was presented before the court through video conferencing. Poonawala, the main accused in the Shraddha Walker murder case, moved to Delhi's Saket court on Friday, seeking bail. Poonawala was presented before the court through video conferencing. The court on December 9 extended Poonawala’s judicial custody for 14 days. He is currently in judicial custody till December 23 and is lodged in Delhi’s Tihar jail.
