A foe of degradation court here sentenced a pay official to one-year confinement with a fine for tolerating quiet cash, a power said on Sunday. In 2016, Patwari Mohd Sharif of Surinsar district was found in the demonstration while tolerating quiet cash of Rs 4,000 for change of land, a delegate for the Counter Corruption Division (ACB) said. The accused had proactively gotten Rs 9,000 from the complainant and was further mentioning Rs 4,000, he said.
