Two Bills to broaden the arrangements of the ladies' booking regulation to the Association Domains of Puducherry and Jammu and Kashmir were presented in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday.

Priest of State for Home Issues Nityanand Rai presented the Jammu and Kashmir Redesign (Second Change) Bill and the Public authority of Association Regions (Alteration) Bill in the Lok Sabha.

"Resulting to the order of the Constitution (100 and 6th Amendment) Act, 2023, comparative arrangements for giving reservation to ladies in the Administrative Gathering of the Association Domain of Jammu and Kashmir are additionally expected to be made by Parliament by revising the Jammu and Kashmir Redesign Act, 2019," Home Pastor Amit Shah said in the explanation of article and reasons.

The arrangements for giving reservation to ladies in the Authoritative Gathering of the Association Domain of Puducherry are likewise expected to be made by Parliament by changing the Public authority of Association Regions Act, 1963, he said.
