Extreme dry virus wave went on in Kashmir on Wednesday as most water bodies froze to some degree recording alarmingly low release.

Kashmir is reeling under extreme dry virus wave as Dal, Nigeen, Wullar and any remaining lakes, streams and waterways froze in parts while the water level in these dropped alarmingly low because of exceptionally sparse snowfall and that too just in the mountains up until this point this season.

Requests for consumable water have begun pouring in from places in any case accepted to be adequately given through water supply plans by the Jal Shakti division.
