Russia terminated two rockets at Kharkiv during the evening, hitting apartment complexes and a clinical focus and harming 17 individuals in the city in northeastern Ukraine, authorities said Wednesday, in Moscow's most recent strikes on non military personnel regions in the very nearly two-year war.

The S-300 rockets arrived into the evening Tuesday, Kharkiv provincial Lead representative Oleh Syniehubov said.

Regularly surface-to-air rockets, the S-300s have been adjusted by Russia to hit focuses on the ground and are less expensive to make than ballistic or journey rockets. In any case, they are wrong and have a more limited range, examiners say.
