Himachal Pradesh Gathering Speaker Kuldeep Pathania on Thursday excluded the six renegade Congress MLAs from the enrollment of the Get together under the counter absconding regulation.

The excluded MLAs are Rajinder Rana, Sudhir Sharma, Inder Dutt Lakhanpal, Devinder Kumar Bhutoo, Ravi Thakur and Chetanya Sharma.

Tending to the media, Pathania said they had opposed the whip and drawn in the arrangements of the counter deserting regulation as they were not in the House when the Money Bill was passed.

"I hold that the respondents have caused this exclusion under the10th Timetable. I proclaim that every one of the six stop being MLAs of the Himachal Administrative Gathering with prompt impact," he said.

Pathania said the six MLAs opposed the party whip by not being available in that frame of mind during the deciding on cut movement and the death of the financial plan. The request against the six MLAs was recorded based on a protest by Parliamentary Issues Priest Harshwardhan Chauhan for the benefit of the Congress.

"Their direct is exploitative as every one of the six have challenged the whip which draws in the arrangements of the counter surrender regulation for their preclusion," said Pathania. "I need to see whether governmental issues of aaya-gaya and horse-exchanging is being enjoyed for what it's worth against the soul of the counter surrender regulation to enjoy such practices, he added.

He said these MLAs challenged from the Congress and according to the arrangements of the counter absconding regulation, they stand excluded. "I gave thorough hearing to the legal advisors of these MLAs and they required over two hours and delivered the whole record," he said.

"In my ability as executive of the court under the counter absconding regulation, I have given this decision," he said.

"According to my request, they quit being MLAs of the Gathering, through this request is dependent upon legal examination," he said.
