People groups Leftist faction (PDP) president Mehbooba Mufti on Tuesday charged that the BJP has encouraged the jobless youth in the country to target Muslims for venting their dissatisfaction.

She was responding to a media report that an Imam of a mosque in Uttar Pradesh's Khushinagar was supposedly whipped by reprobates and the police wouldn't act against the attackers.

"BJP claims it has supplanted stones with workstations in Kashmir. However, simply a look at what's going on in the remainder of the nation is adequate confirmation that they've encouraged displeased jobless youths to use lathis and dandas at muslims just to vent their disappointment," the PDP president charged in a post on X.

She said unfortunately the adolescent were fine with their future being obliterated the length of they can target Muslims.

"Rather than satisfying their own commitments of two crore occupations they've decreased them to dangais and gundas. What makes it significantly more terrible is the way that these young fellows are good with their prospects being obliterated the length of they get to rebuff and embarrass muslims," she added.
