LDF MLA P V Anwar has been reserved for the reformatory offense of advancing hatred between various gatherings because of his comments that Congress chief Rahul Gandhi was a "4th grade resident" and that his DNA ought to be inspected.

Anwar, while tending to a political decision meeting in Palakkad region of Kerala on April 22, had likewise said that the Congress chief doesn't merit being called by the family name of Gandhi.

Following the occurrence, a case was enrolled at Nattukal police headquarters against the LDF MLA on Friday, April 26, on the bearings of an authoritative court, as indicated by the FIR.

Anwar has been reserved for the offenses under Area 153A (advancing hatred between various gatherings) of the IPC and segment 125 (advancing animosity between classes regarding appointment) of the Portrayal of Individuals Act.

The authoritative court's bearing came on an objection moved by advocate Baiju Noel Rosario.
