With a view to educate customers regarding various banking services and digital products offered by it, J&K Bank conducted a customer education camp at the business unit (BU) Lakhdatta Bazar, Jammu.

The camp was attended by the bank’s valuable customers, prominent traders and businessmen of the area, senior citizens and other residents. The business unit organized the camp in collaboration with the digital strategy and marketing (ds&m) department of the zonal office, Jammu (Central I), and a team from the bank’s wholly-owned subsidiary-JKB Financial Services Limited (JKB FSL).

On the occasion, the officers from the DS&M department educated the participants about the benefits of digital banking and cashless economy. The team elaborated upon the digital platforms available in the bank such as debit cards, credit cards, net banking, mobile banking services, IMPS, BHIM UPI, and POS, etc. Measures regarding the prevention of various frauds related to digital banking and conducting secure online transactions were also discussed on the occasion.
