Tall claims of the Union Government to usher in an era of development in Jammu and Kashmir after the abrogation of Article 370 have fallen flat, as most of the ongoing development projects have been stalled or are being executed at a snail’s pace, since August 5.

Jammu has a long list of development projects which were under construction before August 5, 2019, when the special status of the erstwhile state was abrogated and J&K was bifurcated into two union territories.
