Chandrayaan-3 successfully made a soft landing on the Moon on Wednesday evening, making India the fourth country to successfully land on the Moon.
The Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft was launched into orbit in copybook style on July 14 by India's LVM3 heavy-lift rocket.
The main objective of this mission is to gently land the lander on the Moon and land the rover to conduct some experiments on the lunar soil.
