Tata Motors has finally launched the much awaited Safari Facelift in the country. The price starts at Rs 16.19 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 25.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

The domestic automaker had already started bookings for the SUV at Rs 25,000 earlier this month.

The new Safari stands out in style and stands out from its 5-seater sibling, the Harrier. The SUV has a bold and visible top. Under the hood, the Safari facelift retains the powerful 2.0-liter diesel engine that produces a hefty 170 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. The transmission is a 6-speed manual and automatic transmission. An automatic transmission is available from Adventure+ onwards, giving you the versatility to choose your driving style with three off-road response modes - Normal, Rough and Wet - and three drive modes (Eco, City and Sport). Tata Motors has rebranded its trim as 'Personality-based' and offers four cores - Smart, Pure, Adventure and Accomplished. Each trim can be further customized with +- or A add-on packages, ensuring your vehicle meets your individual preferences.

TATA SAFARI FACELIFT: COLOR OPTIONS

The Safari elevator is available in a range of interesting colors including Cosmic Gold, Galactic Sapphire, Lunar Slate, Stardust Ash, Stellar Frost and Supernova Copper.
