Three previous High Court boss judges and one previous state political decision magistrate were among the individuals who had a problem with the possibility of 'one country, one political race' during the discussions by an undeniable level panel headed by previous president Slam Nath Kovind.

Among present and previous state political decision chiefs counseled by the board, seven embraced the thought while Tamil Nadu Political decision Magistrate V Palanikumar, communicated concerns.
