Punjab on Friday reported 31 new coronavirus cases from Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mohali and Ferozepur districts, taking the state's case tally to 569. Fourteen of the cases were reported in pilgrims who had recently returned from Nanded in Maharashtra. They had gone there to pay obeisance at Gurdwara Hazur Sahib. Several pilgrims lived together at the shrine complex.
