18,522 fresh cases of novel coronavirus were recorded in India on Tuesday morning, which pushed the overall tally of India to 5,66,840. According to the updated data of the Union Ministry of Family and Health Welfare, India saw 418 deaths due to Covid-19 on Tuesday. The death toll in India now stands at 16,893, as per the Union health ministry.
