Terrorist kill BJP leader, 2 of family at Bandipora

A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader along with his father and brother were killed in a terrorists' attack in north Kashmir�s Bandipora district on Wednesday, police said.
The slain BJP leader has been identified as Wasim Bari and sources said none of his security guards were present at the time of the shooting. Bari was the former district president of the BJP.
Police said the three family members were at the shop when the shooting took place near Kaloosa bridge.
�BJP Bandipora leader Wasim Bari was at the shop with his father and brother when some unidentified terrorists struck and shot at them, injuring them critically. They later succumbed to their injuries,� a police officer said.
A contingent of security forces reached the area and have cordoned off the whole area. Searches are being carried out to try and nab the attackers.
