SRINAGAR: Whenever the time is right after the delimitation process is completed, the legislative assembly will be formed in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, said BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav on Sunday.

"Whenever the time is right after the delimitation process is completed, the legislative assembly will be formed in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir," said Madhav in Bandipora.
Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh, BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav and Jammu and Kashmir BJP president Ravinder Raina on Sunday met with the family members of former Bandipora BJP chief Wasim Bari, who was killed in a terrorist attack, along with his brother and father.
