The Supreme Court said Monday at a hearing on the Delhi government's request to challenge the Center's order that it would refer the request to the Constitutional Court.
The bench plans to continue negotiations on the issue on Thursday.

A jury composed of Chief Justice D.Y. Chandrachud and Justice PS. Narasimha tried the matter.
In its hearing on the regulation, the Supreme Court also heard an appeal challenging LG's decision to appoint a DERC chairman without the approval of the Delhi government. Chief Justice Chandrachud said, "We will hear this (DERC) matter on Thursday after the Constitution Bank is up and running." The AAP (Aam Admi Party) claimed that this was an "unconstitutional exercise of executive power" aimed at "overturning" the basic structure of the Supreme Court and the Constitution.
