Three Russian rockets rammed into a midtown region of the northern Ukrainian city of Chernihiv on Wednesday, hitting an eight-story high rise and killing no less than 17 individuals, specialists said.
No less than 61 individuals, including three kids, were injured toward the beginning of the day assault, Ukrainian crisis administrations said, as salvage laborers looked through to some extent wrecked structures and tall hills of rubble. Chernihiv lies around 150 km (90 miles) north of the capital, Kyiv, close to the line with Russia and Belarus.
The most recent Russian siege came as the conflict has extended into its third year and approaches what could be a basic point.
