Armed force troops thwarted a fear monger assault on a security post in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri locale from the get-go Monday and sent off a cordon and search activity to find them, authorities said.

The fear mongers discharged at a Military post in Gundha area of Rajouri locale at 4 am, and troops watching the post fought back, bringing about savage trades, a Military representative said.

The soldiers thwarted the assault, following which a pursuit activity was sent off by security powers nearby, the representative added.

Unverified reports said a jawan and a non military personnel were harmed in the assault.

Be that as it may, a crisp terminating among fear based oppressors and security powers has broken out nearby, while the hunt activity is in progress, the authorities said.

Sources said the psychological militants originally attempted to go after the place of a town protection bunch (VDG) part and ex-serviceman on the edges of a villa yet the presence of police staff constrained them to escape the region and later objective the Military post.
