The International Sahitya Kala Manch Uttar Pradesh organized a two-day seminar in Bhutan. In this, Dr. Anila Singh Chadak, a resident of Jammu, was honored with Dr. Harishankar Parsai Smriti Samman. She's an eminent educationist and has served as the head of the atomic energy Education Society under the atomic energy Commission Mumbai. Anila Singh Chadak is a famous author and satirist.

She has contributed a lot to the rise of satire at all India level. Dr. Chadak is known as a Satirist. She has been awarded for Best Book in 2008 by the Academy of Arts Culture and Language, Jammu and Kashmir. Earlier, Dr. Chadak Anila has also been awarded the Homi Bhabha Award. A poet, satirist, he has also written plays for radio.
