Coffee Board, under the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry, has invited applications for the post of Consultant (Technology) in its new recruitment notification. Candidates wishing to apply can submit applications by 11 February 2020 as per the application format given in the notification.

According to the recruitment advertisement published by Coffee Board on 30 January 2020, the appointment of the selected candidate to the post of Consultant (Technology) is to be done on a contractual basis. The duration of the contract will be 24 months, however, after 12 months, the performance of the candidate will be reviewed.

To apply for the post of Consultant (Technology) in Coffee Board, a candidate must have passed BTech in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and MTech or MS degree in Information Systems from a reputed university in India or abroad.

Along with academic qualifications, candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in designing and managing management roles in a major software project or program. Should also have experience in managing techno-commercial projects and experience of social media management.

Preference will be given to candidates working in the same post or role in a government organization.

At the same time, the age limit for applying for the post of Consultant (Technology) in this Coffee Board has been fixed at a maximum of 40 years. The age limit will be calculated from the last date of application.

How much will the salary be?
The annual CTC (Cost to Company) fixed for the post of Consultant (Technology) in Coffee Board is 26 lakhs. However, the salary for 'exceptional candidate' is kept as 'negotiable'.
