Four Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel who played a key role in thwarting the terrorist attack at Ban Toll Plaza, Nagrota, will be awarded gallantry medals. In the attack, three Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists were killed and three OGWs were captured. CISF Director General Rajesh Ranjan encouraged the CISF soldiers who showed bravery during the attack on the telephone and encouraged them.

The DG assured him that besides being rewarded, he would also be awarded the Bravery Medal for bravery. The CISF's Adhak Battalion's 114 company personnel who showed bravery include constables Rahul Kumar, Anil Lakra, Muthum, and Vikramjit Singh.
