The state advisory council likely to be formed in Jammu and Kashmir union territory to be headed by Syed Altaf Bukhari, the Apni Party chief is likely to have 10 members with five each from the BJP and the JKAP (Jammu Kashmir Apni Party).
According to the sources, the council will be headed by the Chief Councilor, Altaf Bukhari; with G H Mir as Councilor and Usman Majid, Ashraf Mir and Rafi Mir representing North, Central and Soutn Kashmirareas respectively.
The council will also have former Jammu Mayor Kavinder Gupta as deputy councilor-Jammu, former deputy chief minister Nirmal Singh as councilor from Kathua-Samba, Sunil Kumar Sharma as Councilor from Ramban-Kishtwar, Rajinder Raina as councilor from Rajouri-Poonch and Ajay Nanda as councilor from Reasi-Udhampur, the sources revealed.
