SRINAGAR: J&K police on Tuesday said a 26 year old man from Srinagar named Hilal Ahmad Dar who had dodged his friends during a tracking expedition on June 13 and went missing has joined the Hizb-ul-Mujahdeen.
IG Kashmir Vijay Kumar said, "Hilal Dar has joined Hizb-ul-Mujahdeen outfit and added that police will not arrest him if the family brings him back".

An MBA from Kashmir University, Hilal was working with a private company in Gurugram and had returned to Srinagar in March after the Covid-19 pandemic stuck the whole nation.
