Youth come to party office for photo-ops but do not join NPP: Bhim Singh

Launching a latent attack on those handling party affairs of National Panthers Party its founder Prof Bhim Singh today said that he was shocked to notice that while hundreds of fresh comers come for a photograph in the Party Office, none of them is enrolled as a Panthers Party member.
He called on the present party leadership to understand that the life of a party grows from the students and youth. It is surprising, he says, that people come blank and return blank.
He added that he does not hold the fresh comers responsible for this lacuna or failure but the leadership that is inviting the fresh comers must take the responsibility of this mistake or failure that the fresh ones are not enrolled as members and they go back without any membership.
Singh who was one of the founders of the Panthers Party in 1982 has called on today�s leadership of the Panthers Party to enroll the students, youth, farmers, ex-servicemen, labourers, women, old and young from all walks of life. He added that the membership campaign will revitalize the party workers for future development of the party in the state.
In a press statement issued here today, Singh also called on the senior leaders of the party looking after the party affairs to visit all Districts like Poonch, Rajouri, Kishtwar, Doda and Ramban. He said that party should hold regular Working Committee meetings at least once in two months and keep in touch with the district leadership. The leadership, the Chairman and the President are duty bound to visit once all the districts in J&K. The state leadership should visit Kashmir Province also, at least, once in six months so that the struggling youth shall get encouraged to enroll party members so that all the respective committees of NPSU, Young Panthers, Panthers Trade Union, Women Panthers shall also be reorganized once again without any failure.
The NPP Supreme Leader reminded the party leadership to encourage the students and youth in particular to learn to take over the leadership of the party at appropriate time so that the Panthers Movement shall continue from students to women and labour wings all the times with fresh youth and students leadership so that the political circle of the Panthers Party shall continue forever, for years so that the new generation should always find a space for each one in the party even when the older generation is no more operative or effective to run the political party.
Prof. Bhim Singh hoped that the Chairman and the President of the Panthers Party shall take up the Panthers Movement for good of all so that the party is prepared to take the leadership in every block/district of the State without any hesitation. He hoped that the leadership shall understand the message and whenever the fresh people come and join for a photograph they must return with an identity card in hand that they have joined the Panthers Party for a revolution, change of society and good for all human beings on earth. This can be done if strict discipline and respect for each other is maintained throughout the discourse among the members.
This movement can be started by the members of Panthers Party from 01-09-2020 for the whole year. This should be compulsory for every Panthers Party member should display the badge of the membership while dealing with the public and each other so that they can get due respect and recognition for their good work.
