Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel starrer 'Gadar 2' released on the same day as Akshay Kumar's 'Oh My God 2'.
On Friday, the two biggest films of the year hit theaters; interestingly, both sequels.
In "Gadar 2", Sunny will reprise the role of Tara Singh from the earlier film "Gadar: Ek Prem Katha" and Ameesha will return as Sake after 22 years.
Although Akshay Kumar's 'OMG 2' has been in the news for quite some time and after going back and forth with the censor board, the film has been given an 'A' certificate.
According to reports, Sunny and Ameesha recently hosted a special screening for the army who loved it and appreciated the performances. According to reports, the cast and crew of the film will hold a private screening of President Draupadi Murmu in New Delhi on August 13.
The lead stars of the film promoted it across the country, even visiting the Attar border to witness the ceremony.
