The police have enlisted a body of evidence against cricketer S Sreesanth and two others in view of a deceiving grievance recorded by a man in this north Kerala region.

The complainant, hailing from Choonda, affirmed that the denounced, Rajiv Kumar and Venkatesh Kini, took Rs 18.7 lakh on different dates from April 25, 2019, by guaranteeing that they would fabricate a games foundation in Kollur, Karnataka, where Sreesanth is an accomplice.

In his protest, Sareesh Gopalan said he put away the cash subsequent to being offered the potential chance to turn into an accomplice in the foundation.

Sreesanth and the two others have been reserved under IPC Area 420 (Cheating and unscrupulously inciting conveyance of property).

Sreesanth has been named as the third denounced for the situation.
