Lieutenant Lead representative Manoj Sinha on Tuesday initiated the new office Complex of the Nuclear North Confidential Restricted at Durang town in Billawar, Kathua.

The Lt Lead representative complimented the IT administrations organization, the young and inhabitants of Billawar and abutting regions on the event.
