
July 29, 2025: On Monday, the University of Delhi released the results of the second round of undergraduate admissions, revealing that 87,335 allocations, including upgrades, new allocations, and freeze options, had been made. Delhi University UG 2025 cutoff list for second round has been released at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
Candidates who have upgraded for the second round of CSAS UG 2025 can check their allotment results online. Within the allotted time, candidates must accept and report to the designated colleges. In this round, 24,843 applicants received new allocations, according to official data.
Additionally, 27,314 candidates were upgraded to their higher preferred courses or colleges based on availability.
In the meantime, 17,922 students confirmed their admission and opted out of future rounds by freezing their current allocations. It is anticipated that the university will continue with subsequent allocation rounds to accommodate remaining applicants and maximize seat utilization across colleges and courses.
After the first round, students at the University of Delhi (DU) chose BCom (hons), BA (hons) political science, BSc (hons) zoology, BTech (hons) mathematics and humanities, and BCom as their top five UG courses.
